    What are peptides, and what are they offered for here?
    Peptides are short chains of amino acids. We offer them as raw materials and reference compounds for laboratory research and further processing. They are not medicines, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use.
    How do I choose the right material for my research?
    Match the substance identity, CAS number, sequence, form, declared purity, amount and storage conditions to your protocol. We do not select products by a health goal; we can explain a specification, batch documentation and handling requirements before you order.
    How is quality checked, and what documentation is available?
    Every batch we accept has its own certificate of analysis rather than one document for the whole product line. Identity and purity are documented by HPLC or mass spectrometry, and the lot number makes the material traceable to the manufacturer. A lot number identifies the whole batch rather than an individual vial — it is not a per-unit serial number; matching the number on the label to the one on the certificate confirms the material came from the documented batch. We provide documentation for the batch you received when you give us the order number.
    How should materials be stored after delivery?
    Always follow the supplier instruction printed on the packaging and on the relevant product page. Conditions depend on the substance and its form; a cold-chain material must not be treated like one stable at room temperature. Keep the label and lot number with the material.
    How does delivery work, and how long does it take?
    We ship with InPost and DPD to a locker, collection point or by courier. A parcel usually leaves on the day it is confirmed or the next working day, and delivery normally takes 2–5 working days. Once it is sent, you receive a tracking number and tracking link.
    Which payment methods are available?
    Checkout shows the methods currently available: online payment or bank transfer and, for selected delivery methods, payment on delivery. The final selection and full amount are shown before you confirm the order.
    Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    A consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason if the position is complete, unused, intact and in unopened packaging. Material delivered in sealed packaging cannot be returned after the seal is broken. A faulty item or one damaged in transit can be claimed under the complaints procedure.
    Can I order a larger or repeat quantity?
    Yes. We supply quantities from one vial upwards and quote for repeat and bulk orders. Give us the position name, required quantity and delivery address so the quote can include the correct packaging and shipping conditions.
